Patagonia stag outfitter recommendations?

I’m looking to book a 2026 stag hunt during the roar in Argentina, specifically Patagonia. This is for two reasons, one is that I’d like to fly fish after the hunt. Secondly and primarily, I’d prefer a mountain type hunt versus flat land like I believe La Pampa region is. Any recommendations on an area and/or outfitter?
