Double load or not fully seated load. Doubt it was anything but shooter error.

Nope. I asked that if he found anything out new, to please post it.

I was using the search to see if anyone had much luck with a load outside of the BH 209 and 280 ELRs when I came across this. Now I am thinking Ill just stick to the factory recommendations lol.
