These are not what I would call a "light" pant if that is what you are looking for.
See all those pockets and knee pads and features on the frontier lites? It creates a lot of "double layers" of fabric. They were pretty warm for my liking. Hip vents saved them a little bit, but they were still pretty hot. Probably a great pant for late September though. Its a great fabric. Just too much of it.
Zions are lighter.
Tiburon are way lighter. But not as durable as the Attack or Zions
Tough and lightweight often don't go hand in hand. Katanas are probably the closest to having both. But I think they fit like skinny jeans. lol
