I have a 14x16 Davis and a 10x12 Davis for sale.
External frame. Rain fly, stakes, stove setup w/chimney for one, just the stove for the other one.
Always dried out on floor heat with fans. No mold or mildew. No rips or tears. No holes from stove. Top of the line.
I have to get my gear downsized enough to fit into jeep with 2 guys. So my mountain hiltons have to go.

Sorry. Should have put price as make an offer. No idea what the used wall tent market is. 10x12 is 4 yrs old. 14x16 is 3 yrs old. Each been slept in 20 to 30 nights.
Im not gonna set them up to take pictures...no way. Haha. If you are interested give me a call and we will hash out the details.

I dont off hand. Davis tent might have the exact #
