So I'm pretty sure I'm going to paint my carbon spyder. Anybody have any recommendations or words of caution? Would you use duracoat or stick with krylon? I'm going to disassemble the bow to paint.

I use krylon never had a problem. It can get some chips in the paint but it adds character in my opinion. It's cheap and you can just redo it. The PSE is my buddies we did, the Defiant is mine

Oh man, this makes me excited! I've spray painted a $4,000 rifle but was afraid to paint my bow. Think I'm going to have to pull the trigger. I'll use Krylon for sure. That's what I used on my rifle and it worked like a champ.

Well I've been busy but I took the opportunity of putting new strings on as a good time to disassemble, clean, and paint the bow. I really like the looks of the buckskin bows so I went with a similar color. Put it back together today. We will see how it holds up.
