Mind sharing the details of materials/process?
The stock was already the roughtech tan and black. I just used matte black spray paint and tan camo spray paint with a sea sponge. Simple and easy. I just have to run to the store and pick up a can of matte clear to finish it off.
I did wipe it down with a little acetone before painting.

Color me impressed. Looks better than the Grayboe factory 'desert sage.' I've never had any luck with matte clear coat sticking onto a spray paint job.

Thanks. Its my first time painting a plastic stock. So it still a trial and error for me. I'm the type that if it get a little wear and tear marks, it looks even better. Just another tool for the job.

This was a varmint stock I picked up in the classifieds here. Super roomy barrel channel, factory included cheek piece and wide foregrip, standard mags and bottom plastic. Pretty much the same thing I do when I start with a regular stock.

They both look great. I am still hesitant to do it, as I have ZERO artistic skills. 🤷‍♂️
