I put down the green in the pattern I wanted over the black stock using a sponge cut thin with a razor blade, (took several coats) then added a ton of off white, again keeping with the pattern I was going for. Then the gray covering quite a bit of the white, I wasn't super happy with it tho till I went over all of the black and added more black using a super thin cut peice of sponge. Then I cleared it with about half a can of clear. (Drying with a heat gun after each coat)

Spraying the paint on a cardboard box into a puddle and dabbing the sponge.
