Painless load development (mine)

42 grains with a 140 grainer is a pretty middle of the road load for a tikka, something else happened here.
Hornady brass?
Bridged charge?

Hornady brass. Could be a bridge but doubtful - I’m usually fairly diligent. Now that I measured my last batch of brass I’m wondering if a piece around 1.930-1.940 snuck in, though I’m not sure it would be enough to pop a primer.
