Pack Shoulder Strap Pad Length

Is there any packs that offer long shoulder pads? I have a the new style MR Guide frame and the shoulder padding doesn't run down far enough for me. Im getting a pressure and rub point on the outside edge of my pecks towards the pit. Any recommendations?
