Pack Saddle for Llamas question.

Can you use pack saddle bucks for horses on a llama? Obviously you'd need to re-rig the straps due to size differences, but other than that? We're getting rid of a ton of horse gear and I'm going to get llamas in the future, so figured I'd save the pack saddles if they're useful. Thanks.

I think the size discrepancy between a horse and a llama, plus differences in the length/girth of their torsos would be problematic with fit and straps. I have some buck style saddles for my llamas and I can't imagine them on a horse, they would be tiny. I have never had horses though so maybe someone else can offer a better opinion.
