Ozcut Broadhead Order Problems?

Has anyone else had problems with ordering from Ozcut broadheads lately?

I placed an order over a month ago for some broadheads showing stock and they never shipped and I haven't had any response from them from multiple emails checking status.

I ended up having to submit a claim with Paypal and still no response from them.

It's really weird, I've never had a problem like this with any other online order... I have heard really good things about their broadheads and was itching to give them a shot too.

Whats wrong with VPA?

made here in the US....quality steel, re-useable...essentially the same head as Ozcut, in fact I think VPA was making them

I have nothing against VPA, I'd try em!

I just wanted to try Ozcuts because I've heard good stuff about them, they are a small company, even if they aren't 'Merican and the price is great.

Escalated the claim through Paypal and still no response.

Checked out their Facebook page and they haven't posted since February....I have to wonder if they are still even in business.

They are still active on Instagram and are working on releasing a new head I believe so not out of business but will be with that type of customer service.

It's weird man... I just saw they posted recently on IG too. Still no response from them to the Paypal claim but it looks like another Rokslider just got his heads.

Oh well I guess they just don't like Texans... lol

Well ya know who can really blame them for that though lmbo jk man hope things work out for ya in the end.

Strange, I have placed two orders with them and had good communication and fast shipping both times.

Well this was disappointing, zero response to any and all requests for communication. They didn't even respond to Paypal.

I hate to be that guy, I've never had to do any sort of Paypal claim against a seller, seems like its a buyer beware with Ozcut.
