It looks like a copy of the thermarest z lite. I was considering buying to cut down and use as a glassing pad. Anyone done this? I’m sure it’s not as comfortable as a thermarest. As long as my butt is warm and dry, how could one complain ?

They are fine. No difference in the thermarest. Keeps you dry and sticks from poking you in the b hole.

yeah I think I’m going to pick one up, I just figured I’d ask on here just to make sure it wasn’t a pile of junk that deteriorated quickly

Did this exact same thing, cut mine at 4 folds and works great for a glassing pad and then in the evening I put it back under my sleeping pad. Looks like they went up in price since I bought mine for $20.
