Anyone have advice for best state for over

Almost the entire eastern part of Colorado is OTC for Archery Pronghorn

It is OTC, but nonresidents are limited to 250 tags.

There's a couple states that gives landowner tags that some landowners then sell. Normally they can go for a good chunk of change, but it's an option as well as a few states that have archery OTC tags. Just have to find those landowners with allocations.
