This is just my opinion, but usually outdoorsman tripods and heads go for dam near retail on here. Yes you can negotiate free shipping and no tax but in the long run a 10% discount from outdoorsman for a new product is a deal.
The wait for one to come up on here can take a while and the competition to buy it is usually frustrating at best. Good luck in your search, hope you find one and get a good deal.
