This is an Outdoorsman’s tripod head. It’s the Micro Pan Head. It weighs in at 7.5 oz. Its load capacity is 3 lbs 9 oz. It’s threaded for a 3/8” tripod. It’s good for up to a 65 spotter. Included is an adapter that screws onto your spotter.

Honestly, I think it’s an underrated head.
