Outdoorsman Arca plate on Suriu VA-5

Just received some new outdoorsman toys and can’t seem to get one to work. For some reason unless there is something to adjust that I’m not aware of... I cant get the arca plate to slide on my suriu head? It only goes on upside down??? Anyone with experience in this? Yes I’m pushing the button to allow it to slide on. Lol

I kinda got it figured out. It’s not perfect but was able to to get both plates to fit. Ones looser than the other which is a pain.
