I bought a pair of OV gaiters in 2018 and didn't use them until this year. Really nice, heavy duty, well made gaiters. Unfortunately, one of the zippers opened and somehow jammed when I was hunting this year and I couldn't fix it.

I emailed Outdoor Vision customer service to see if I could send the gaiter in for repair. They emailed me today to tell me they shipped me a new pair.

It is difficult finding companies that stand behind their products and take care of customers. Outdoor Vision is one of those companies. Something to think about when you are looking at buying new equipment.
 
I have been happy with their products. I haven't had to test the warranty or anything, and at this point I'd feel bad doing so.

I use the gaiters here and there, use the bino harness and the gear leashes probably 6 months out of the year, 4.5 months solid then here and there the rest of the year. Recently got the rangefinder pouch. I have had the waist belt that I think is discontinued, but have used it for probably 2 years as well. Everything is still same condition I feel like as when I received it. Really good products.
