I'm looking for some feedback on the Outdoor Research Convoy Gloves, and the Outdoor Research Silencer Gloves....

Any input would be great. Thanks.

Just have a pair of their fleece windproof gloves.A bit stiff with the windproof liner .And you would need a merino liner for really cold temps.

If those two gloves are anything like the other 7 pairs of gloves I have from OR, they will be rock solid. I've strictly worn OR gloves for the past 5-6 years when I need warm hands.

I used the convoy gloves during our late season archery hunt here in Oregon. And this year we had from spring like conditions to -7 deg. Temps with plenty of rain and snow . As for cold protection I felt they did really well . As for water resistant , I feel that they are about as good as the other high end gloves out there . Hey hold up to rain while carrying a bow for about 1/2 a day. I do think that the seems on my right hand pointer finger area failed sooner than the breast of the glove . But as with most gloves in this state they always fail . The dexterity is surprisingly good , and shooting with them is possible if needed . I would recommend them to a friend !

I have a pair of Sensor gloves for urban use. This model runs a bit on the large size and I'm not sure if that holds true for other models.
