Oregon Seed Numbers (We Got a Close One!)

Only one I'm remotely close on is mule deer. Will be interesting to see how things pan out with the unit changes this year.

I’ve never looked, don’t understand seed #s, will never learn about it.
Here’s how I look at Oregon and getting even slightly excited about the draw.
9 years ago I helped a buddy on a bighorn sheep hunt down in the Pueblos. I applied for a Sage Grouse permit. I’m pretty sure the # was 75 given out. 77 people applied. Guess who didn’t draw???
Screw that. I like delaying my bad news.

You and I have similar luck in the draw then! Actually, any type of raffle really. I’ve only ever drawn one tag off schedule and that was 26 years ago lol. Never won anything at a banquet. That’s just the way it is and I’ve made peace with it. I’m always hopeful, though.

I am 9,514 above seed for Elk Premium, but who knows, I thought is was in good shape 4 years ago with 18,000 over but didn’t get it.
