OR transcendent down hoody

I was hoping for some input on this jacket from anyone who has used this jacket especially in a hunting environment. Thanks!

I've got the Transcendent vest and keep it in my pack while bow hunting elk. It's a furnace and very nice while glassing. I've experienced some isolated cold rains or snow storms and paired with my rain jacket I've stayed comfortable.

I've been using one for about 4 months (1 of which during whitetail hunting). I really like it. The jacket has a great warmth to weight ratio and packs down about the size of a small football. Hunted in a tree stand with it down to the teens and was comfortable. Definitely can't hike with it on, too hot.

If got one that I use for everyday type use, it may come hunting next year.

It’s a solid down jacket IMO. Nothing special. Fairly quiet for a puffy.

Thanks for the input guys. In my case quiet isnt at the top of the list but still a considered feature. I do wish it was treated but seems like on sale it's definently not a bad jacket to have in my pack for cool September mornings and evenings.
