WTS OR Helium Bivy + Kifaru Paratarp LIGHTLY USED

I've spent the last 3 years getting into more back[pack hunting and I tried tents and bivy/tarp method. I've discovered I'm a tent guy and I'm selling my lightly used Outdoor Research Helium Bivy and my Kifaru Paratarp. Both items are in GREAT shape.

-Both items have been used 12-14 nights in mild weather
-I will sell the items together or separate
-The paratarp has been seam-sealed
-The paratarp does not come with any stakes or poles

Kifaru Paratarp is $150 (I'll pay shipping)
Outdoor Research Helium Bivy is $95
