Optolyth Spotting scope help needed

I got hosed buying a new old stock Optolyth spotter that has artifacts in the lenses in the main scope body. Seller refused to make things right that's life and paid with a check so no pay pal refund option. I believe it's well past its 10 year warranty period and had made several calls and would be subject to paying to ship it to Germany and cost to refurbish a new old stock spotter if they agree to do it and who knows how much it's goung to cost. Any suggestions on domestic stateside help since I don't want or need an $1100 paperweight. Would have likely been closer to a $2000 paper weight had I paid full price though. It's somewhat useable but imagine driving your car with a couple of bug splats on your windshield. Actually looks like some spider webbing from rock chips.

Suddarth Optical. They can clean it. I’ve had them work on classic binocs and been happy with their work.
