Options for a hands free Streamlight TLR-1 Game Spotter light

Mom always said 2 cabbage heads were better than one so here it goes:
I have a Streamlight TLR-1 Game Spotter Weapon Light Green LED that I would love to use hands free like a headlamp. Anyone else convert a gun mountable light as your "headlamp" or hands free light? I have it for hog hunting but will not be using my hog rifle for an elk hunt and want ideas how I can make it use able, not mounted to my rifle or as a "spotter" just good green light..

I think it would be very difficult to sync the aim point of the light and the gun so that it was consistent at all times. When you are aiming, your head is down toward the gun at an angle, you'd have to angle the light to the gun's aimpoint. Since these would be converging angles, they'd be different at different distances, unlike where the light is run coaxially off the barrel of the gun. (not sure if I'm making sense here, but it seems like it would be a problem)
