I've always had good luck chatting them on the website if they are the only place that has something I want and get 12-15% off. I try to avoid them as much as possible though. Generally can get anything much cheaper from elsewhere.

Myself like many others have had issues with them showing items in stock or estimated stock dates and they are seldom close to being correct. Do a Google search.... what are you looking to purchase from them? Maybe we can steer you to another vendor with better price?
