All those projectiles you mentioned are lung shot only for me. I also would watch the fps. Too close or fast and you might have surface expansion, though it's not very common these days as the mfg addressed the issues. But either way, avoid bone with those.

Berger HH worked like a champ for me last elk season. Boom flop. Gun went boom, elk went flop. 180 yards. Dead elk.

I would prefer a 2,650 fps velocity for that caliber on elk and I'm not sure you can achieve that and retain accuracy with the bullets you listed. But, just my opinion.
I’m shooting them at 2970 bergers and 3100 for the other two. That’s plenty and there more then accurate

I wasn't concerned about accuracy. Just the bullets themselves. For me, specifically, I wouldn't select those bullet types at that caliber and in the respective weights you mentioned, but that's me.

I have a Winchester Classic Stainless 7mm RM, with a 26" barrel. I have used a variety of bullet weights but the most versatile and accurate have been Nosler 160gr partitions. Both in factory premium ammo and handloads. I will also say that in the past few years I have migrated to lighter mono metal bullets (Barnes TTSX, Hornady GMX). In fact, I killed a very large Shiras moose here in Idaho a few years ago using Hornday Superformance 139gr GMX bullets. Range was about 80 yards.

For just general shooting in this rifle, I also have had good accuracy with Sierra Gameking 160gr BTSP bullets. I would use them for deer and elk if I didn't have anything else handy. As always, shot placement is key.

Most of my reloads have used RL22 (140gr Nosler BT's) or RL25 (160gr whatevers).
