Opinions on MDT Oryx Chassis

Been looking at this Chassis system for a cheap Savage Axis in 6.5CM I have.
I know its not a super fancy rifle, but man this thing shoots fantastic.
But I hate the cheap junk stock.
I have done a few things to the rifle, just small bolt on stuff like a M-Carbo trigger kit, Oversize bolt knob, Bolt lift kit.
Next I want to do a stock swap and really like the looks and features of the Oryx.
For those that have used the Oryx how do you like it?

It has the issues every chassis has in terms of shooting thumb ergonomics. But it’s a medium weight, the recoil impulse is straight to the rear, and it’s inexpensive. Could do a lot worse.
