Opinions on GPO Passion 3-9x42

Does any one have any thoughts and opinions on the GPO Passion 3x 3-9x42 or really any of the GPO line for that matter? I see their name popping up every now and it has me interested. What is the optical quality like? What about the turrets? Is this scope worth it? Are there any alternatives that are a better value?

His video is actually what got me really interested in it. I originally wanted to get a leupold vx3-hd but reading some of the stuff on here has me concerned about the durability and tracking.

My Leupold VX5HDs track fine and I dial them often.
