Does anyone have any positive or negative experience with Garmin rangefinder bow sights or any rangefinder bow sights? I saw one and thought it looked like a good idea, but wanted some insight.

I have the Garmin Xero A1i and I love it. With the A1i you can have multiple arrow profiles in the sight and switch whenever you want to. Ranging on mine is accurate and if you do your part during setup, it’s really nice. The only con I have with it is not being able to remove it from the bow. It needs a dovetail mount or something like my Spott Hogg had. Since it’s not a removable sight, you have to be cautious in picking a hard case for the bow. Other than that I love it- just make sure it’s legal in your state, there are only a few left who don’t accept it

What kind of range you getting out of it?

I’m out to 70 with a 545 grain arrow. I need to move my sight down just 1/2 inch so that I can get out to 90-100 (definitely not the archer to take a shot at that distance, but it’s fun to play!)
When you are setting up your pins/range- it will only give you a firing solution (point of aim) to the max distance that you have set it up with, if you run out of housing (I mounted it too high) then it will tell you it exceeds calibrated distance. I just have to slide it down some
