Thoughts and opinions building on fierce action? Anyone know the weight of the long action?

I have a fierce carbon rival. Contemplating rebarreling and using new stock. The gun is light and had performed flawless. Wish selling whole or part it out and use action?

I could never get my fierce ct rival to shoot despite having it warrantied twice. I was always already $3k+ into the rifle so I said screw it and bought a carbon 6 blank and rebarreled my rifle. I kept the trigger and stock as I like the bix and Andy trigger and don’t mind the stock. It now shoots well but I’m also around $4k in the rifle now. Will never touch another fierce. You have the action so might as well use it, unless you really don’t like it. Below is my 20 shot group from the new barrel. The shot on the left corner I pulled and knew it as the shot broke. Squares are 1”.

Sounds like the actions are good just the barrels were hit or miss. This one is a tack driver 28n but going wildcat

the ones built in Canada were pretty slick, the issues really seemed to come around as more things were done in house in the US. seems most issues I saw on the bench where in the barrel/chamber/throat so you're replacing the most problematic part.

That's what seems to be the consensus. When did they move? Serial Number break from Canada to us?

Canadian ones will require import marks so they'll say imported by fierce somewhere on the action/barrel and also have Canada stamped on them
