It worked for me for an elite membership. I am waiting until month end to activate and use the code, but it worked as expected on my test run just now.

I've had luck doing that once. Since then I was told "discounts are to get new members and show them the value of ONX"

Is what it is. It's not just them but I'd like to see repeat users also realize a discount.

Here is a link on how to turn off automatic renewal. Just let your membership expire for a day then you are a new customer again.

But you will have to update all your off line maps.

Your membership runs the rest of its course.
When it turns off yes you keep your pins. Only the public/private turns off and you can only have 1 offline map.
Then is puts your other offline maps into standby is the only word I can think. And based on trouble I had before you need to go in and update them after you renew.
