Does anyone go through the trouble of using folders to separate their deer pins from their turkey pins for one piece of property?

Yes, organization is one of the things I really like about OnX. I have 19 folders.Does anyone go through the trouble of using folders to separate their deer pins from their turkey pins for one piece of property?
Yes I’ve been having the same problem, not sure how many updates are possibleAnother question. Does anyone have to update onX every single time you open it?
I think the more maps you have saved the more updates are necessary as they update the data/maps on their end.Yes I’ve been having the same problem, not sure how many updates are possible
Interesting, makes sense. I suppose I should go back and delete some of the old maps I don’t need. Thanks for the tip!I think the more maps you have saved the more updates are necessary as they update the data/maps on their end.
I usually organize from the desktop.I simply wish I had begun to organize it when I started using it years ago.
The time suck at this point to do so has me considering deleting pins en masse.
Originally i chose an icon and dropped the pin, only date and time captured, usually.
A few years ago i started to try and organize and was quickly frustrated at the difficulty of doing so from the phone.
Perhaps it is time to give it a go. Maybe the process is easier now.
A lot of times, I don’t even open OnX in the field. Instead, I take a photo of some sign, then later on the desktop, I’ll use the geo data in the photo to add a pin to OnX and customize it per the sign (rub, strut zone, etc.)My biggest problem is I drop a pin and then say “I’ll remember what that’s for” and then don’t have a clue what it’s for
For those that hide folders, are they hidden on every device unless you toggle the hide icon? I use a several computers plus phones and each one of them displays/hides folders based on the device used rather than applying that change across all devices.
