One headlamp?

If all those things weighed an ounce apiece like my back-up headlamp, I would carry an extra of each.

Kind of how I look at it. For very little weight and space penalty I see no reason not to carry two. I rarely use mine but when I need it I want it to work.

I recently bought the Petzyl Nao for trail runs and bowfishing...if I can find a reasonable method of recharging it'll be in my pack...battery life isn't good but damn it's bright.
