One handed pockets?

I have and use an older Kifaru fleece possibles belt pouch that I like very much except it is hard to open and close one handed.
It is around 300-400 ci and has the velcro attachments.
Does anybody have any good recommendations on a pocket like this that is easy to operate one handed?
I like the fleece as it is very quite no swooshing as you walk, and large enough to put stuff in.

Nimrod outdoors make nice quiet belt pouches take a look at them. They use a 1/4 turn twist lock to open a close they are very easy to use

The EXO belt pouch can be opened/closed with one hand, but it's not real big (my only complaint).
