A while back I was given an old spotter that I haven't used and can't find much information on.
The scope is marked Pentax 500R and made in Japan. Two screw in eye pieces are marked 12.5mm and 20mm.
About all I've found on it is that it's probably from the 1980s and can be screwed apart to be used as a 500mm camera lens.
Any of you old folks know anything else about this? I'm curious what it's magnification might be or anything else you could tell me.
It's compact and fairly heavy, I'm mostly interested in knowing about it so I can sell it.
