Cabelas has discounts on theirs. I have an older #22 that has had several thousand pounds through it an not a single issue. LEM has 15% off of theirs and they are quality grinders as well. I wouldn't hesitate to buy either.

I have a small one from cabelas and it works just fine. It has done a few elk and several deer with no trouble.

I do not. I should have clarified that my only experience is with larger grinders.

I only have experience with bigger ones, as well. I have about 100lbs I need to grind this weekend and might get one of these and wait on a better deal on the bigger ones between now and next fall.

I bought a LEM mighty bite #8 in the spring - impressive is all I can say.

I have the same one. It grinds as fast as I can feed it. The only hiccup mine has had was when I was grinding pure pork fat, it was pretty tough on it but grinding muscle meat is cake.

It doesn't take long for a good grinder to pay for itself, so don't skimp. The Cabela's and LEM's are great grinders. Haven't used the Westons.
