odd flight

Hello, I switched from GT pro hunters to the easton Da Torch and went from 284 fps to 291 fps at 403grain arrows. All of a sudden my 30 pin is 2-3 inches low but my 40-50 pins are fine. Also my sight tape that was made for the GT is dead on with these aswell which i thought was odd. Went to my local bowshop and they just said it sounded odd and brushed it off...any of yall have any suggestions, or ideas?

What is the difference in diameter between the GT's and the Da Torch arrows? Did you re-tune for the new arrows?

I believe the Da Torch arrows are a smaller diameter than the the GT pro hunters. Aside from speed, the new arrows will also have a different ballistic coefficient that will affect arrow flight.

Any time you switch arrows like that you need to retune the bow. Its almost pointless to try and sight in and build a tape until you do that.

Well, that depends on how far he plans on shooting.

Re-tune bow and arrows. New arrows will behave differently dynamically.
