NV unit 65 road system

Hi folks, I'm looking for some info on the road system in Nevada unit 65. Are the roads within the unit generally suitable for a pickup? Would a side by side be a big advantage? Any info would be appreciated.

Roads are generally pretty good. Problem is the Tomera ranch has posted a lot of the unit making access difficult.
