Anyone want to do some training for NRL hunter? I’ll be doing skills division at the Laramie competition in April. First time competitor.

I have access to a private range with various steel targets out to a mile and can bring guests. About 45 minutes east of Denver.

I plan to do some mock stages in the upcoming weeks.

I’m in that neck of the woods pretty frequently during weekdays.. so if weekday evenings become a thing I’d be interested

I'm also doing skills at the Laramie competition. Is anyone a member at the Laramie rifle range? They have a very nice steel setup that would work well for NRL practice.

Anyone shooting the fort Collins match? It will be my second ever and I am looking forward to it! Haven’t prepared as well as I would liked so far though. (Just shooting as Skills)

While this isn’t live fire training, I recently started a small business selling NRL Hunter Dryfire posters. Check it out!

I signed up for the palisade 1 day event late July. Ammo budget is tight right now so I’m focusing on rimfire training but will be getting out to the longer range as well.

I’ll be doing some DOPE work on 500-800 yard paper and the cold bore challenge soon if others want to join

Where do you find out more info about this shoot and others like it?
You can check out NRL Hunter website and it gives you dates of the matches and the signup. Most of the 2025 matches are all sold out the last time I checked, and 2026 dates are not yet released.

A 1 day "Games" match popped up in Palisade, CO (western slope, near Grand Junction) at the CPW ran Cameo shooting complex

Anyone doing the Palisade shoot: I'm taking the Friday off and will be out there to shoot at Cameo (rifle warm up and probably walk a 3d trail) if anyone wants to meet up
