Paper tuned my Reign 7. I had a terrible knock right/point left paper tear. Ended up having to move my rest a bunch to the left to get a bullet hole. Then I had to max my sight out to the left to get it shooting center. What could my problem be? It's still shooting left. I'm out of adjustment though. I'm assuming it's a cam/yoke issue I need to address?

Mighty Mouse is right, however make sure you twist the top and bottom yokes, that cam system is really sensitive to cable lengths, a little goes a long way!

If your timing is good a half twist in each to start!

You had to adjust your sight because you moved the rest so far off center shot that your arrow is flying left out of the bow. Like the guys above me said, check timing, start at 13/16 off the riser, then shoot through paper. Move your nock point for vertical first, then move your top cam left or right to correct the tear.

Another thing, I had a nasty nock left tear once. I changed my grip and the tear went away. Your bow grip can do so much to change your shot.

Sounds like you could be shooting too stiff of an arrow if you have to adjust it that far. You could try putting a heavier field point on there to see if it gets better.
