Does anyone take camper to South Dakota in November for hunting Thanks If so, any advice would be appricated

I pulled mine for long weekends when we deer hunted. Just have to know how to handle the cold weather and not have all your stuff freeze up. Way this year is going might need your ac more than a heater

Thanks we have hunted there for 30 years as a 2 or 3 week vacation and bought some land for retirement. Planning to take camper this year instead of motel

As KurtR mentioned, just need to be prepared for the weather, which if you've been coming for 30 years, I'm sure you've experienced warm and cold falls.

I'd personally have a hotel option as a backup. We did that last year and about a week out we canceled it when we saw the weather was going to cooperate with us and allow us to use our camper. I would not want to pull a camper across SD in winter conditions... as you probably know the interstates can get pretty nasty if a winter storm hits.
