November in Montana - Tent Help

I have spent one too many nights under a 0* bag in a 3 season tent in November in MT. Makes it tough to be effective and efficient, nothing like putting frozen boots on in the morning, or getting snow in your tent crawling back into it after dark.

Floorless and stove for me from now on.

I run a 10x14 Kodiak canvas flex bow tent with a buddy heater and hose attached to outside propane cylinder. It's not wood heat but it works damn good and is easy for one guy to set up and wreck out relatively quick when you decide to hunt alone.

This is our plan this year, so we are glad to see it is doable. We will be in a 12X12 with a couple of 30,000 BTU heaters.
