Not Interesting…

Was just asking how I'm supposed to trust a government that just allows Chinese spy operations to happen out in the open. Then this reminded me that so many people just openly allow the Chinese to spy on them via their phones.

There is absolutely nothing interesting on TikTok.
I edited the title to reflect accurately. I can agree with you on that one. It was about the item, not tik tok.

I told my wife one day we will learn that phones that have the Tik Tok app will be found to have the camera and microphone on all the time whether the app is open or not.

Where are those DJI drones made that people fly all over? Who needs a ballon….

Big tech has been manipulating people’s behavior in earnest since about 2010. Their algorithms and AI know what you’re going to click before you do, because they’ve nudged you along the way without your realizing it.

My wife and I share a gmail account and whenever I search for something on Google, it immediately pops up as an ad on her Facebook page. Just one example…

I limit exposure by refusing to open FB, IG, Twitter, Tik Tok, Reddit, etc…, accounts.

However, they track every single click, page visited, how long you remain on pages, how often you visit pages, what pages you interact with, etc…. Every click is a data point used to feed and strengthen their algorithms.
