Northern California Guided Blacktail Hunts?

So my boss just told me that if I organized a guided blacktail hunt that he would fund it for him and I. . . so I guess I've got a blank check for a guided trip! Any of you have a suggestion for a good guide and decent hunting in Northern California or Southern Oregon? Just looking for a decent experience with great opportunity for my boss to kill a decent buck. We don't need monsters. Any ideas would be helpful.

Maverick Outfitters out of Cottonwood, CA. I don't know much about them but i used to work with a guy that does pack strings into trinity alps and marble mans for black tails. I'm pretty sure they do guided and do drop camps

I know of a ranch east of I-5 that has big bucks. But not technically black tails because they are east of 5 Also a little pricey. I’ve seen some 150-170” bucks killed there. Pricey though.

Go to AK and shoot a few of their blacktails. Probably would cost you around the same price and would have a much better time.

Diamond C outfitters in Humboldt has as good of true Blacktails as anybody out there but your going to pay for them if he's even taking new clients.

+1 on arrow 5 with Jim and Tina Marie. They're good people with an awesome chunk of land to hunt with amazing genetics and nice accomodations.
