Hey y'all, I'm new to the forum (well, forums in general) and though I've lurked these pages a bit in the past, it was Robby Denning's book that convinced me I was missing out on a great community and a wealth of information here on rokslide. I am from Northern California where I love chasing black tails in the high and lonesome. Black tails are great, but mule deer and the country they inhabit, especially the summer range, have captivated my thoughts for years. I'm excited to be a part of this community, and appreciate the general positive vibe I've seen in responses to posts. Cheers!

Sure did. It's funny how this town can shut down over a couple inches of wet snow. It's raining buckets now, and will be for the next few days.
