Best deal on non camo is the military surplus stuff. Lots of good stuff out there.

I've been lucky to find good used arc'teryx pieces for cheap on FB marketplace or ebay. For insulation I picked up an atom sv, compares to the first lite uncompahgre - synthetic insulation, but the atom sv has no insulation under the armpits so that it vents well. Doesn't compress like down, but it's good if it gets wet.

eBay search for seller arcisa. Some of the best prices I have seen for military surplus, shipping takes a while from Lithuania, expect 4 weeks. Lots of gear though. Camo too, like flecktarn or British army

I realize your intent is to save money, but if you’re somewhat young you may consider that some items will hold their value better and last longer, saving you money in the long run. I have a Filson wool hunting coat and Tin Cloth pants that are going on twenty years. They were pricey at the time, but not nearly as pricey as a $200 item that is only used a handful of times.
