Within the last few days I began shooting again after several months off due to shoulder problems. Bow is a 2014 RH, Hoyt Carbon Spyder, 70#, 30".

After several arrows and checking all spec's I'd recording last year including; center shot (13/16"), ATA, yoke adjustment (checked via comparing right and left ATA), timing, brace height and nock height I shot a bare shaft to verify the tune was still good. Last year with the same bow spec's and arrow I was able to consistently shoot bare shafts with fletched to 50 yards with identical alignment and grouping. FBBH and field grouped together consistently out to 60 - 70 yards.

Now my bare shaft is showing a pretty good, about 2", nock right alignment difference compared to fletched shafts at 20 yards and is also impacting 2" - 3" left of the fletched shafts. I'm able to tune this out by moving the rest into 3/4" and adding 2.5 twists in the right yoke and removing 2.5 from the left. However when I do this the top cable stop on the cam isn't making full contact with the cable and will pull past the cable if I pull into the wall.

Given I haven't shot for a long time and all bow specs were the same as last year I'm thinking it's a form issue and probably a grip issue. Thoughts and suggestions?

A good harness will not stretch enough from sitting idle to noticeably affect your tune. Inconsistencies in your form, grip, and anchor will be very noticeable. I would set your bow to your previous specs and continue to practice. When you are sure you have regained your form and grip, then check the tune of your bow. Blank baling, shooting into a target at point blank range without aiming and only focusing on your form, will help. That's what I do to shake the rust off.

Shot tonight and focused on my grip. Nock right moved to nock left. Reset yoke to where it was last year, set timing and it's getting real close. I've been shooting my trad bow the past month which requires a fuller hand since it has a larger grip. Going to leave it as is for a few more sessions until I get consistent with my form.
