No response from Therm-a-rest warranty

Has anyone had an issue with never getting a response from Therm-a-rest on their warranty department? I have a xtherm that had a mystery leak from day one and i want it warrantied and i never hear a response back from the warranty department. i have put multiple claims in on their system and nothing. Does anyone know a direct email or phone i could try that route?
 
They are awful. I had the same problem. I eventually just found it and patched it.


I did get ahold of them on Facebook and then they replied to my email with a link on how to patch it… very frustrating. They used to have great customer service.
 
Same as above. No number to speak to a human I found, email and submitting forms won’t work. It’s been like that for a while and it is a shame, they used to have top notch CS.

I reached out through social media (instagram) and then got my issue resolved a few weeks after that. If it’s a repair, they aren’t doing them, so if you get someone, make sure you make it clear it’s warranty.
