Went looking around the other day and came up empty, anyone been after em?

Anyone out, not finding any javis or sign, glassed and hiked a great looking was yesterday and found zero sign, lots of Cholla with fruit and plenty of prickly pear.

Took my son out to Southern NM back in Jan and hunted 4 days.
Lots of sign but could not lay eyes on one of those suckers.
Cool country.

Would you say they are your typical critters and dawn and dusk are the best times to catch them moving?

We tried both mornings and afternoons, track by the millions!!! but did not
see a single one.
Disclaimer: I know nothing about Javelina hunting.

Headed out again tomorrow maybe, was out a few weeks back, lots of sign and really fresh, zero sightings!
