NM OTC Barbary Units

Short background: I live in northern New Mexico, I’ve hunted Barbary in unit 34 and come to really enjoy it.

I’m trying to find out if any of the other units open to OTC Barbary actually hold any sheep (I.e., 2,7,9 etc) as they are much closer to where I live. Is anyone willing to spill the beans on if there are actually sheep in these units? Thanks in advance.

Few and far between in the northern units. They used to have a ton in mills canyon. Nmdgf did a YouTube live awhile back saying there may still be some in there. I’ve seen video of them being taken in 2 but that was 10-15 years ago. Mount Taylor may still have some as well but they’re hard to find.
