NM Youth Cow Tag

Hey all! I am new to hunting. I am a NM resident and got a cow tag for NM unit 51 for the beginning of Dec. I am looking for tips on access points into the unit with some horse facilities? Like a round pen or corrals? Im looking at maybe Hopewell lake as there is CDT access. Any other good access points? Also does anyone know the migration patterns of any of the herds in the area or where I could find this info? I have horses and Im willing to cover ground to find em. Just looking to finally get an animal on the ground. Obviously since its a cow tag, Im just in it for the meat! Any tips would be great! thanks!

Use Google earth and OnX.

Just so you know, it’s heavily frowned upon for new guys to post specific units and ask for info. Don’t be surprised if/when this thread is locked.
